The installation steps for the harvester blades are as follows:
Ensure that the blade is protected on a horizontal line
Install the moving blade, friction plate, and blade press, and stop the bolt when the nut comes into contact with the spring washer.
Starting from the first blade press on the left, tighten the nut in place and push the moving blade while tightening. Check if the gap between the moving blade, the blade press, and the blade guard is appropriate. Generally speaking, the optimal gap between the front end of the moving blade and the blade guard is 0-0.5 millimeters, and the back end is 0.5-1.3 millimeters.
Install the swing rod assembly, adjust the swing rod stroke, and ensure that the moving blade tip moves back and forth between the two blade guard tips, ensuring normal working conditions.
Precautions include:
Cut off the power or remove the spark plug wire before installation to ensure safety.
Clean the bottom of the lawn mower to ensure that the blades are installed correctly.
Check if the direction of the blade chamfer is correct, and reverse installation is strictly prohibited.
After installation, check if the blade is secure and gently pull the blade to test.
Use blades suitable for the model of lawn mower and check for cracks or rust.
