Multiline packaging machine tools: the "cut heart" of high-speed packaging lines
Multi-line packaging machine tools are the core components of high-speed packaging lines for food, medicine and chemical manufacturing, and their performance directly determines the production efficiency, packaging quality and overall cost.
I. Core design principles
1. Precision cutting: the edge accuracy of 0.01mm, to avoid the problem of cutting caused by poor sealing and leakage.
2. Wear resistant: High hardness materials and optimized structure reduce downtime and replacement of knives to ensure continuous production.
3. Wide adaptation: compatible with PE, PP, aluminum-plastic film and other materials, supporting sawtooth knife, flat knife customization, suitable for a variety of bag types.

II. Core strengths
- Ultra-high hardness and wear-resistant: HSS or tungsten steel, hardness HRC60-65, life of super ordinary tools 3-5 times.
- Extreme cutting accuracy: The incision is smooth and flawless, improving the quality of the product and suitable for high-end industries.
- Safety compliance: food grade material, in line with FDA, CE certification, to meet food medical and health requirements.
III. Material Selection
- High speed steel (HSS): cost-effective choice, suitable for PE, PP and other ordinary film and low speed (300-500 times / min) production line.
- Tungsten steel (WC) alloy: high-end preferred, suitable for wear resistant materials such as aluminum plastic films and high-speed (500-800 times / min) production lines, reducing long-term costs.
It is recommended to select ablade according to the packaging material, production speed and bag type to improve quality, efficiency and reduce cost.
