Precision Cutting
The edge angle of the dot-line cutting blade is precisely controlled at 60°±1°, which is much better than the industry standard ±3° error. This keeps the cutting error within ±0.02mm, while the error of ordinary blades is usually around ±0.05mm.

Corrosion Resistance
The surface of the dot-line cutting blade is plasma nitrided to form a 15-20μm thick corrosion-resistant layer. After 1000 hours of salt spray test (5% NaCl solution, 35°C), the corrosion depth of the blade surface does not exceed 0.001mm, while ordinary blades will have a corrosion depth of more than 0.1mm after 200 hours.

High Temperature Stability
The thermal expansion rate of the point-line cutting blade at a high temperature of 250°C is only 11.5×10^-6/°C, which is 30% lower than that of ordinary tool steel. This means that during high-speed cutting, even if the blade temperature rises to 200°C, its dimensional change does not exceed 0.005mm. In contrast, ordinary blades may produce 0.02-0.03mm deformation under the same conditions, which directly affects the cutting accuracy.
