Metal cutting blades

The blade body is circular and made from high-quality high-speed steel metal. The center of the blade has a large round hole for fixing or installing it onto a device. One side of the blade features a square protruding part used for attaching or handling the blade's handle.

The round paper cutting knife is an industrial tool specifically designed for cutting paper, film, and other soft materials, widely used in packaging, printing, and labeling industries.

High Hardness
The round paper cutting blade is made of SKH-51 high-speed steel. After precision heat treatment, its hardness reaches HRC 62-64, which is about 25% higher than ordinary carbon steel blades (HRC 45-50). This high hardness enables our blades to easily cut through harder materials such as 300g/m² cardboard.

Wear Resistance
By adding alloy elements such as 5% tungsten, 4% molybdenum and 2% vanadium, the round paper cutting blade has higher wear resistance. When cutting 250g/m² coated paper 100 times per minute, our blades can work continuously for 500 hours and still maintain more than 90% of their initial sharpness. In comparison, the sharpness of an ordinary blade under the same conditions drops to 70% of its initial value after 200 hours.

Sharp Blade
The round paper cutting blade is made using CNC precision grinding technology, and the blade sharpness reaches 0.1 micron level. Using this sharp blade to cut 100g/m² coated paper, the paper cut smoothness is improved by 35% and the fiber separation is reduced by 60%. This can significantly improve the quality of the finished product and is essential for the production of high-quality prints and premium packaging.

Anti-corrosion Coating
The surface of the round paper cutting blade is coated with titanium alloy anti-corrosion coating with a thickness of 2-3 microns. In a salt spray test (5% NaCl solution, 35°C), our blades can withstand 500 hours without noticeable rusting, while uncoated blades can only withstand 100 hours. When used continuously for 30 days in an environment with a relative humidity of 90%, the cutting performance of the coated blade decreases by no more than 5%, while the performance of the uncoated blade decreases by 20%.
