T Type Packaging Machine Blade

T-type packaging machine blade is an accessory designed for T-type packaging machines, mainly used for cutting packaging materials. This blade is usually installed in the cutting device of the machine. When the packaging material passes through the blade, the blade's edge will apply pressure to cut the material into the required size and shape.

Wear Resistance
By adding alloy elements such as 8% tungsten, 5% molybdenum and 2% vanadium, the T-type packaging machine blade has high wear resistance. When cutting 0.06mm thick BOPP film 300 times per minute, our blade still maintains more than 95% of its initial sharpness after 800 hours of continuous work. In contrast, the sharpness of ordinary blades under the same conditions drops to 75% of the initial value after 300 hours.

High Cutting Accuracy
Our T-type packaging machine blade is made of CNC precision machining technology. When cutting 0.05mm thick BOPP film, it can achieve a cutting accuracy of ±0.02mm, while the accuracy of ordinary blades is usually around ±0.1mm. This high-precision cutting makes the cutting edge of the packaging material smoother and smoother, improving the aesthetics of the packaging.

Corrosion Resistance
The surface of our T-type packaging machine blades uses nano-grade titanium alloy coating technology with a coating thickness of 2-3 microns. After 1000 hours of salt spray test (5% NaCl solution, 35°C), only 0.5% corrosion occurs on the surface of our blades, while the surface of untreated ordinary blades will show 15-20% corrosion under the same conditions.
