Product Features
Durable
The packaging machine blade is made of powder metallurgy high-speed steel, containing alloy elements such as tungsten (W), molybdenum (Mo), chromium (Cr), and vanadium (V). The wear resistance coefficient is about 40% higher than that of ordinary carbon steel blades. It can work continuously for more than 1,000 hours.
Waterproof
The surface of the packaging machine blade is covered with a 50-100 nanometer thick nano-silicon dioxide waterproof coating. After chemical vapor deposition (CVD) process, the water molecule contact angle exceeds 150°, and it has super hydrophobic properties.
High Strength
After double quenching and tempering treatment, the Packing Machine Blade has a hardness of HRC62-65 and can withstand 500MPa cutting pressure without deformation or breakage.
