Ultra-high Hardness, Long-lasting Sharpness
Our cigarette pack cutting machine blades are made of M2 high-speed steel material with a Rockwell hardness of up to HRC 64-66. This high hardness ensures that the blade remains sharp during long-term use, greatly reducing the frequency of replacement and maintenance. After 1 million continuous cuttings under the same conditions, our blades only lose 5% of their sharpness, while ordinary carbon steel blades lose up to 30%.
Precision Grinding, Smooth Cutting
The blades are precision ground. In the high-speed cutting test of 3,000 times per minute, the cut roughness Ra value produced by our blades is only 0.4μm, which is three times lower than the 1.2μm of ordinary blades, ensuring that the edges of cigarette packs are neat and smooth, without burrs or tears.
Strong Corrosion Resistance
The surface of our blades is plasma nitrided to form a dense protective layer with a thickness of 8-10μm. This treatment makes the blades extremely corrosion resistant. After immersion for 72 hours in various chemical environments with a pH range of 3-11, our blades lose no more than 0.01% of their weight, far better than the industry average of 0.1%.
