It delivers balanced hardness and toughness, resisting thermal deformation under long-time constant heating, ideal for small and medium multi-lane packaging lines with moderate daily output.
- SKD11 high wear-resistant alloy: Premium option for heavy-duty 24-hour nonstop production.
After deep vacuum heat treatment, it boasts outstanding abrasion resistance and thermal stability, effectively reducing frequent mold replacement downtime for large-volume industrial packaging plants.
All vertical sealing jaws undergo multi-stage precision CNC machining and stress relief processing to guarantee flat, consistent sealing surfaces. We support customized Teflon non-stick coating treatment on the sealing contact area. This special coating prevents melted composite film from sticking to the jaw surface, eliminating unqualified bags with broken sealing edges and drastically lowering raw material waste rate.
Customization & Equipment Compatibility
Our vertical sealing jaw molds are fully customizable to fit all mainstream multi-lane VFFS machine models. Clients can adjust cavity width, sealing length, heating groove layout and mounting hole dimensions based on their existing equipment and pouch specifications (3-side seal, 4-side seal, strip sachet, granular powder bags).
