This ring-shaped serrated cutter is designed to solve common problems in continuous high-speed production: film stretching, ragged cut edges, and frequent blade wear. The evenly spaced corrugated tooth profile bites firmly into composite plastic film, producing clean, consistent cuts without pulling or tearing the packaging material. It works perfectly for long strip tube packaging on multi-channel filling equipment.
We adopt premium SKD11 alloy steel as the base material. After strict vacuum heat treatment and precision tooth grinding, the cutter maintains high hardness and strong wear resistance even during round-the-clock nonstop operation. The serrated edge stays sharp far longer than ordinary low-carbon steel cutters, reducing frequent tool replacement and cutting down production downtime for packaging factories.
