Avoid Pitfalls With Rubber Cutting Blades! Efficiency Doubles Directly

Brothers in the rubber and tire production industry, have you been driven crazy by a problem?
That is, after rubber vulcanization, a layer of "small fuzz" always grows on the surface, and there are hardened "small flakes" that flow out of the mold's exhaust holes - if this stuff isn't removed, the product's appearance won't pass inspection, and it simply can't leave the factory!

Some people might say, isn't it just trimming the edges and cutting off the fuzz? Can't we just use scissors or ordinary cutting blades?
That's a big mistake! Anyone in this line of work knows that although this job looks simple, it can slow down the entire production line in minutes, wasting both money and effort.
First, let me make it clear why these "small fuzz" and "small flakes" are difficult to handle. Rubber is made using molds with small holes. After being pressure-molded, it needs to be heated for vulcanization. When the temperature rises, the rubber softens and flows, inevitably squeezing out a little from the vent holes. Once it hardens after vulcanization, it becomes the边角料 (scrap) that must be removed.

Here's the key point! Currently, the commonly used cutting blades are all driven by being mounted on trimming equipment. However, different rubber models require changing to blades of different models, which is really unreasonable!

If you use thick blades with large openings, they can only trim those thick and rough edges. For slightly more delicate areas, they can't trim accurately, and the appearance will still be substandard.

If you use thin blades with small openings, they can indeed trim delicate edges, but the blades are particularly prone to wear and damage. Changing a blade once will delay work for most of the day.

What's most annoying is that after changing the blade, you have to readjust the equipment's control parameters. Either you can't adjust them correctly, or it takes a lot of effort to get them right. The production line has to stop and wait, and productivity directly plummets!

Choose the right blade, and you won't need to change it repeatedly or adjust parameters frequently. Trimming will be fast and accurate, and the saved time and labor are pure profits!
