The pressure, speed of the equipment and the flatness of the base plate directly determine the cutting effect. Insufficient pressure may lead to incomplete cutting, while excessive speed may cause burrs and deviation.
4.Accessories and Craftsmanship
Whether the sponge adhesive, bottom mold, and stripping device are reasonable affects the smoothness of material feeding. Properly adapted accessories can reduce paper jams and material blockages, and improve continuous production efficiency.
5.Maintenance and usage habits
Regularly cleaning knife chips, timely sharpening of blade edges, and standardized operation can reduce breakdown shutdowns and maintain an efficient cutting state.
