The cutting characteristics and effects of toothed cutting tools

Nowadays, many places are using toothed cutting tools, so what exactly is toothed cutting tools? How is the cutting effect? Here are three points to let you know the benefits of toothed cutting tools.
1. With a small molecular size, the slitting machine blade can quickly diffuse and penetrate into the joint surface of the chip shear blade.
2. Compounds with low shear strength that can act as boundary lubricants when reacting with workpiece materials containing appropriate active ingredients.
3. On the interface of the chip shear blade, under the conditions of temperature and pressure, it should be sufficiently stable.
When cutting various metals at low speeds, it has been found that carbon tetrachloride, trichloromethane, trichloroethane, and some other chlorinated hydrocarbons are efficient lubricants. However, processing lead is a special exception. When cutting lead, the chloride liquid combines with lead to form lead chloride, which has a higher shear strength than the lead itself. Therefore, in this case, the use of the aforementioned cutting fluid actually increases the friction between all chips in the cutting blade.
