As a specialized serrated perforation cutter within our full packaging blade lineup, this model delivers precise V-shaped tear openings. It avoids film stretch and edge fraying during nonstop high-speed packaging runs. The sharp V-notch tip creates consistent, easy-open marks on pouch edges, which improves user experience for snack sachets, seasoning packs, cosmetic pouches, and small medical bags.
This blade fits three major types of packaging equipment:
- VFFS & HFFS vertical/horizontal auto-filling lines for large-scale industrial packaging plants

Every easy-tear cutter undergoes vacuum heat treatment and multi-step precision edge grinding under strict in-house QC. Optional anti-rust polishing and non-stick Teflon coating reduce film adhesion and extend blade service life, cutting downtime caused by frequent cutter replacements.
