I. No-load Test
1. Manual turning: After cutting off the power, manually rotate the main shaft to check whether the tool interferes with the fixed components.
2. Low-speed operation: Start the equipment to low-speed idling and observe if there is any abnormal vibration or abnormal noise.
II. Load Testing
1. Test cutting: Use waste materials or low-value materials for actual cutting, and check whether the cut is flat and free of burrs.
2. Continuous operation: Run continuously for 10-15 minutes to monitor the cutting stability and the temperature rise of the cutting tool.
III. Accuracy Verification
1. Dimensional inspection: Measure the length of the packaging bag after cutting to ensure it meets the set value (e.g., error ≤ ±1mm).
2. Sealing inspection: Confirm the tightness of the seal, ensuring there is no air leakage or false sealing.
Ⅳ.Fourth, Safety Confirmation
1. Emergency stop test: Trigger the emergency stop button to verify whether the equipment can stop immediately.
2. Protection inspection: Ensure that the protective cover is installed in place and there are no potential safety hazards.
3. If problems are found during the test, it is necessary to readjust the tool gap or parallelism.
